Jewish Federation of Greater Naples Distributes Grants to Educators Mar 19 2026 Four outstanding CCPS educators received grants this month from the Jewish Community Relations Council of the Jewish Federation of Greater Naples, and their reactions were unforgettable. Congratulations to our 2026 Stand Up for Justice Educator Grant recipients: Monica Lorenz, Lavern Gaynor Elementary Tammy Simmons, New Beginnings-Naples Brent Brickzin, Palmetto Ridge High School Dr. Juniace S. Etienne, Palmetto Ridge High School These grants, which range from $1,000 to $5,000, support lessons and activities that help students: respect diverse religious, racial, and cultural identities counter bullying and bigotry learn what it means to stand up for justice Thank you to the Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council, Alan Zagier, for empowering educators who help strengthen our compassionate school communities.
