Family Fun Day Brings the Community Together Apr 22, 2026 A big congratulations to It Takes a Village and everyone who participated in and attended this past weekend’s Family Fun Day. With an incredible turnout, the event delivered something for everyone—from a special “superhero hour” that delighted kids and families, to lively performances and fun-filled rides throughout the day. It was a true celebration of community, connection, and joy. Thank you to Senator Calatayud for joining the festivities, as well as to our Parks and Recreations, Police and Fire Rescue teams for their support, KBK8 for their partnership, and the many volunteers who helped make this event such a success.
