Learn More Notice of Culvert Replacement Work on Carter St. in North LaBelle (June 11, 2025) – Please be advised that on Wednesday, June 11, Hendry County Road & Bridge will be conducting culvert replacement work on Carter Street in North LaBelle beginning at 9am. Work consists of replacing the culvert under Carter Street at its connection to Kell Mill Blvd. Kell Mill Blvd will not be closed to traffic. There will be no access from Kell Mill Blvd to Carter Street. Residents on Carter Street will need to use Avalon Avenue to access their properties. The work will require this small section of Carter Street to be closed from 9am – 3pm. Please note that this schedule is tentative and subject to change. The Hendry County Engineering Department will notify of any changes.
