Police search for suspect after shot fired in bathroom Bensalem, PA — A shot fired inside a restaurant bathroom has led to an active warrant and a search for a suspect police say fled the scene and later evaded officers during a traffic stop attempt. The incident occurred Monday, April 27 at Asad’s Hot Chicken on Knights Road. Responding officers found evidence of a gunshot inside a bathroom, including a hole in the wall and bullet fragments. Detectives reviewed surveillance footage and used license plate reader technology to identify the suspect as 19-year-old Landon McMahon of Yardley. Police said McMahon left the scene in a newer-model Infiniti sedan. When Middletown Police later attempted to stop the vehicle, he fled. Authorities have obtained an arrest warrant charging McMahon with reckless endangerment, firearms violations, and related offenses. He is considered armed and dangerous, and police are advising the public not to approach him. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Bensalem Police at 215-633-3719. Key Points
